Attention:

1. If you only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time so that the unit can work properly. If you plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 or 6 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.

2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer is set for 10-60 minutes. The max timing for one running is 60 minutes. Please reset it if you need therapy longer than 60 minutes.

Tips:

1. Please turn off the device before you touch the pads.

2. Not suitable for pregnant women, or heart disease and hypertension patients.

3. Not safe for people with pacemakers.

Q1. Why intensity can’t be adjusted?

A: The upgraded model tens massager has a protective function to avoid shock. If any port didn’t connect well, the device can’t adjust intensity.

Q2. Why pads no sticky after several days?

A: Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the

longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally . Place pads on the holder or place plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use.

Q3. The tens unit muscle stimulator does not work?

A: Please follow the below steps to test your tens,

Press the ‘M’ to switch between 6 main modes.

Press center button to choose within the built-in 4 modes.”

Press ‘-/+’ to adjust the intensity. (only the port connected well and pads pasted on your body, could you adjust the intensity)

Q4. How to use the 1/4 cable?

A: When using 1/4 wire, you could use 2 pads or 4 pads at the same time, if you use 2 pads, please make sure 2 pads are connected on the same wire with 1 pad for white snap and 1 pad for the blue snap.
